My name is Alfred Hess and I was born in 1959. As a state-recognised Masseur and Dorn Therapist, I have taken it upon myself to free people from their pain. I have been successfully practising the Dorn Method since 1999 and was appointed Dorn Trainer by Gamal Raslan in 2004. In 2006 I had the privilege of assisting Dieter Dom himself. Helmut Koch from the Spine Centre Lindau (Wirbelsäulen-Zentrum Lindau) appointed me seminar leader in the same year.
Many people who have come to me with pelvic obliquity have been successfully treated in 3 sessions. I put the joints back into their original position by applying this proven method and allowing energy to flow again.

Dorn Method / Breuss Massage Healing through the spine
Everyone can experience static changes at some point in their lives, whether it be through injury to an ankle joint, the hips or the knee, to name but a few. This is how pelvic obliquity can occur, resulting in scoliosis and changes in shoulder level. These changes can also be genetic. Pain in the vertebral colunin can be caused by the distortion of joints, and changes in the spine can have an impact on the internal organs through the spinal nerve, leading to headaches, asthma, heart and stomach problems.
When prolonged, such distortions can also lead to lumbago, slipped disks or problems with the ischium. The Dorn Method puts the distorted joints back into place so that the above-mentioned complaints do not reoccur. The Dorn Method is not performed along the lines of osteopathy, but is a very soft regulating method which can be applied again and again without straining the ligaments.

The Dorn Method — gentle healing method for the pain-afflicted.
Patients come to me in my practice bent over and in severe pain. They mostly go home standing straight, painfree and happy. Distorted vertebre and joints are gently put back into place in a gentle and sentimental but effective way. Just how treatment according to Dorn can remove pelvic obliquity without the use of medication and just how easy it is to ensure permanent success through exercises at home, can be seen in my practice.
When the skeleton is back in place, the symptoms disappear. The fundamentals of the Dorn Method lie in the correction of different leg lengths. The main reason for this difference subluxation is the displacement ofthe hip joint. The joint often does not slip back into place when the person stands up.
